采用菌根组织分离法从野生蓝莓新鲜根系中分离得到9株纯化的真菌菌株,其中6株真菌菌株能够与蓝骑士蓝莓根系形成共生组织。通过菌根菌侵染率、共培养苗木成活率及其对蓝莓移栽苗生长效应的比较研究,结果表明,LMJGJ07和LMJGJ08两株蓝莓菌根菌适宜在蓝莓种苗生产中应用。

Nine mycorrhizal fungi strains(named LMJGJ01…LMJGJ09)were isolated from root of Duke and wild Vaccinium uligi?nosum adopting mycorrhizal tissue separation process,and six of them could form symbiotic tissue with Vaccinium uliginosum root. Infection rate of mycorrhizal fungi,seedling survival rate of co-culture and its effects on Vaccinium uliginosum transplanting seed-ling growth were studied in this research. The results showed that the two strains LMJGJ07 and LMJGJ08 were compatibly applied in the Vaccinium uliginosum seedling production.
