目的:探讨家庭尘螨过敏原含量对患儿哮喘控制水平的影响。方法选择59例哮喘患儿为研究对象,在四个季节采集床垫、枕头、地板与沙发的表面灰尘,测定尘螨过敏原含量(Der p1和Der f1),并分析与患儿哮喘控制水平的相关性。结果不同季节在床垫上检测到灰尘样本Der p1、Der f1水平均最高,显著高于相同季节地板检测的灰尘样本( P <0.05)。暴露程度为低水平的患儿7例(11.86%),中水平的患儿12例(20.34%),高水平的患儿40例(67.80%)。在四个季节尘螨暴露高水平的患儿ACT/C-ACT评分均显著低于低水平的患者( P <0.05)。其中尘螨暴露高水平的患者在春季的ACT/C-ACT评分的评分最低,显著低于夏季( P <0.05)。结论儿童哮喘控制水平受尘螨过敏原含量季节变化的影响,以春季室内床垫中Der f1的含量最高。针对性加强尘螨防控措施,有利于哮喘的综合治疗与控制。

Objective To investigate the impact of household dust mite allergen content on the control level of asthma in children. Meth-ods Fifty-nine children with asthma were collected for the study. In four seasons,dust on the surface of mattresses,pillows,floor and sofa were analyzed for the contents of dust mite allergen Der p1 and Der f1. The relevance of detection results and level of asthma control in children was ana-lyzed. Results In different seasons,dust Der p1,Der f1 on the mattress samples was detected highest levels,which were significantly higher than dust samples in the floor in the same season( P <0. 05). In this study,the numbers of children who exposed to low,medium and high levels of allergen were 7(11. 86%),12(20. 34%)and 40(67. 80%),respectively. In the four seasons,ACT/C-ACT scores in children exposed to high levels of dust mites were significantly lower than those exposed to low levels( P <0. 05). Among patients exposed to high levels of dust mites,ACT/C-ACT score in the spring was the lowest,and which was significantly lower than in summer( P <0. 05). Conclusion Asthma control level in children was affected by dust mite allergen content and seasonal variations,with the highest Der f 1 content in indoor mattress in spring. We should strengthen the dust mite control measures that are conducive to the comprehensive treatment and control of asthma.
