运用耗散结构理论探索高校安全防范系统建设具有时代赋予的现实意义。通过安全防范系统安全熵值构建，把握系统有序结构在时间、空间、功能的关系；从耗散结构形成条件开放性、远离平衡状态、校园安全防范系统的涨落规律等层面，分析当前高校安全防范系统耗散结构均存在局限；提出完善高校安全防范系统建设的对策：创新工作机制，提高安全防范系统的开放性；整合防控资源，促使安全防范系统远离平衡状态；应用价值能动，掌控安全防范系统的涨落规律。

운용모산결구이론탐색고교안전방범계통건설구유시대부여적현실의의。통과안전방범계통안전적치구건，파악계통유서결구재시간、공간、공능적관계；종모산결구형성조건개방성、원리평형상태、교완안전방범계통적창락규률등층면，분석당전고교안전방범계통모산결구균존재국한；제출완선고교안전방범계통건설적대책：창신공작궤제，제고안전방범계통적개방성；정합방공자원，촉사안전방범계통원리평형상태；응용개치능동，장공안전방범계통적창락규률。
D issipative structure theory was used for the construction of university security system, which has practical significances. The paper analyses the orderliness of systemstructure of time, space and functionality through the construction of security systementropy. Fromaspects of the openness of dissipative structures' forming conditions, being away fromequilibrium, and fluctuation of the campus security precaution system, it shows the dissipative structures of the current university security systemare limited. It proposes the measures for the construction of improving the university security system. They are:innovating the working mechanism, improving the openness of security systems; integrating the prevention and control resources, keeping security systemaway fromequilibrium;activing practical values,controlling security system's fluctuation.
