    通过对莆田市偏远地区两所中小学的调研，了解其现存的主要问题，进而作共性分析，揭示原因，并就此提出相关的一些建议和对策，旨在促进莆田市义务教育事业更好地平衡发展。

    Through a survey of two schools in mountain areas and islands, the paper analyzes the main existing problems, their commonalities and their primary causes. It offers some proposals and countermeasures, aiming for the better balanced development of Putian compulsory education.
