在分析传统串联型永磁磁路的特点后,采用 CAE 仿真技术对电磁系统进行求解和优化,设计了一种磁路结构独特的并联型非对称磁路的永磁继电器,并制作了实物样品进行测试。结果表明,该结构明显优于传统结构。

Based on the analysis of the features of the traditional series-type permanent magnetic circuit and the optimization of the electromagnetic system by CAE simulation technology,this paper presented a unique parallel-type asymmetric magnetic circuit permanent relay,and produced physical samples for testing.The results show that the structure is significantly better than the traditional structure,and the product is now patented and mass producted.
