为分析刀齿刀头几何角度对刀齿在旋转截割煤岩过程中力学特性的影响,利用ABAQUS/Explicit对不同斜角、前角和后角的刀齿旋转截割煤岩过程中所受三向载荷进行数值模拟。采用回归分析方法,建立了截割阻力均值和后角之间的关系式。结果表明:斜角和后角增大均可以减小截割阻力和牵引阻力的峰值、平均值,同时可降低两力的波动程度;增大前角可以减小截割阻力的峰值均值、平均值,降低波动程度,但会使牵引阻力峰值的均值和平均值增大、波动程度加剧。该研究为刀型截齿的力学特性提供了参考。

This paper is concerned with an analysis of the influence of geometric angle of flat pick on mechanical properties of flat pick cutting coal and rock by virtual rotation. The analysis is done by identi-fying the three directional load of flat pick with different bevel angle, rake angle and relief angle cutting vertically coal using numerical simulation with ABAQUS/Explicit; establishing the relation formula be-tween relief angle and average of cutting force by the method of regression analysis. The results show that an increase in bevel angle and relief angle leads to a reduction in peak and average value of cutting force and traction force, accompanied by a decrease in volatility of the two forces;and an increase in rake an-gle provides a decrease in peak and average value and volatility of cutting force, but an increase in peak and average value and volatility of traction force. This study may serve as a reference for the mechanical properties of flat pick.
