演员在表演过程中,要想把斯坦尼斯拉夫斯基所提出“下意识”这一重要表演理论真正地付诸于舞台上的实践,就需要调动演员全部智慧与情感,要下大力气去钻研才有可能达到这种灵动的瞬间。由于舞台上的人物是由演员所扮演的假定性的形象,所以这种“下意识”的瞬间很难出现,但这并不代表演员只能凭借运气来祈求它的来临,只要弄明白“下意识”创作原理,便可得知“下意识”并不是神秘莫测的,只要按照有机天性的自然规律去感受体验,就能够达到这种灵动鲜活的瞬间。
