演员在表演过程中，要想把斯坦尼斯拉夫斯基所提出“下意识”这一重要表演理论真正地付诸于舞台上的实践，就需要调动演员全部智慧与情感，要下大力气去钻研才有可能达到这种灵动的瞬间。由于舞台上的人物是由演员所扮演的假定性的形象，所以这种“下意识”的瞬间很难出现，但这并不代表演员只能凭借运气来祈求它的来临，只要弄明白“下意识”创作原理，便可得知“下意识”并不是神秘莫测的，只要按照有机天性的自然规律去感受体验，就能够达到这种灵动鲜活的瞬间。
