随着“微时代”来临，“微时代”中的微博、微信等现代传媒成为影响大学生思想行为的重要因素。“微时代”既为高校思想政治教育工作提供了机遇，也带来了巨大挑战。“微时代”下的高校思想政治教育工作必须推进思想政治教育教学创新，合理利用新技术、新手段，提高高校思想政治教育工作队伍的素质，构建“微时代”下高校思想政治教育新机制。
