院落作为中国传统民居的核心空间，在满足人们生产、生活需要的同时，也是人们亲近自然、创造自然的场所空间，亦是古人“天人合一”建筑观的物化体现；是阶级社会长幼尊卑等级观念的空间折射，亦是传统历史文化精髓的积淀与传承。文章在分析河北省蔚县典型传统民居院落空间组织形式的基础上，探讨了其文化属性与哲学寓意，希望对院落空间在现代建筑设计中的营造有所借鉴。
院落作為中國傳統民居的覈心空間，在滿足人們生產、生活需要的同時，也是人們親近自然、創造自然的場所空間，亦是古人“天人閤一”建築觀的物化體現；是階級社會長幼尊卑等級觀唸的空間摺射，亦是傳統歷史文化精髓的積澱與傳承。文章在分析河北省蔚縣典型傳統民居院落空間組織形式的基礎上，探討瞭其文化屬性與哲學寓意，希望對院落空間在現代建築設計中的營造有所藉鑒。

As the core space of traditional Chinese residence, courtyard, which meets people's needs for production and life, is a place for people to feel na-ture and create nature and also the materialization of the ancient Chinese architecture view of"harmony between man and nature". It reflects the sense of hierarchy and the inheritance of traditional Chinese history and culture. Based on the analysis on the space organization mode of the typical traditional res-idential courtyard in Yuxian County, Hebei province, the cultural attributes and philosophical implication are discussed in hope of offering some refer-ences for similar construction.
