针对粉煤灰大量加入胶结材料后降低材料性能的问题,通过实验室正交实验,找到一种早强剂配方,得到粉煤灰占充填材料固体质量80%以上,水固比为0.94,8 h抗压强度大于0.9 MPa,1 d抗压强度大于3 MPa、3 d抗压强度大于4 MPa,平均初凝时间100 min的最终材料配方。按配方比例在桃山矿井下工业实验后,证明该材料能够适应井下环境,具有快凝、早强、接顶率高等优良特点。

This paper arises from the necessity of improving the poor-performance materialdue to the addition of a high volume of cementing material into fly ash by developing the best ratio of early strength agent using orthogonal experiment and producing an optimum formula of filling materials. The newly de-veloped novel formula consists of fly ash accounting for over 80% of solid mass in filling material;the 0 . 94 of water-solid ratio; after-8-hour compressive strength more than 0 . 9 MPa; after-1-d compressive strength more than 3 MPa ;and after-3-d compressive strength more than 4 MPa; the average initial set-ting time of 100 min. The industrial experiment on the ratio formula in underground of Taoshan mine proves that the material capable of a better adaptation to the environment in underground mine boasts ad-vantages such as rapid solidification, early strength, and higher rate of support.
