利用电聚合方法制备聚邻苯二胺修饰碳糊电极(CPE/POPD ),在CPE/POPD上电沉积金‐普鲁士蓝纳米复合材料(Au‐PB),制得CPE/POPD/Au‐PB修饰电极,将羊抗小鼠IgG(抗体,Ab)通过Au‐NH‐键固定在修饰电极上,从而制得免疫传感器(CPE/POPD/Au‐PB/Ab).利用CPE/POPD/Au‐PB/Ab对小鼠IgG (抗原,Ag )进行检测,结果表明,在4×10-4~1.0×104μg/L质量浓度范围内,电极电势与Ag浓度呈现良好线性关系,检测下限达到1.14×10-4μg/L ,响应时间为3 min ,灵敏度为-8.51 mV/dec‐ade .所制备的免疫传感器具有灵敏度高、响应速度快、检测范围宽、重现性好等优良性能.

A novel potentiometric immunosensor has been presented in this paper .O‐phenylenediamine (OPD) was firstly polymerized on a carbon paste electrode (CPE) by cyclic voltammetry method ,then gold‐Prussian blue nanocomposite (Au‐PB) was electrochemically deposited onto the CPE/POPD to fabricate CPE/POPD/GNPs‐PB .Finally ,the goat anti‐mouse IgG (antibody ,Ab) were self‐assem‐bled noto the CPE/POPD/GNPs‐PB through the Au‐NH‐bond to form a potentiometric immunosen‐sor (CPE /POPD/GNPs‐PB/Ab) .Under optimal conditions ,the resulting immunosensor displayed a rapid response to antigen (mouse IgG) and the linear range of the immunosensor was from 4 .0 × 10-4 to 1 .0 × 104 μg/L (correlation coefficient r=0 .998) with a lower detection limit of 1 .14 × 10-4 μg/L and a sensitivity of 8 .51 mV/decade .Furthermore ,the immunosensor exhibited good reproducibili‐ty ,acceptable stability ,and low cost .
