建立了检测水产品中石油烃残留的分析方法。样品与过量的碱液在无水乙醇环境下,40℃水浴避光振摇5 h,再经二氯甲烷萃取、负压蒸干、脱芳石油醚溶解,荧光分光光度法测定。结果表明,油标液在0.0~10.0μg /ml 线性关系良好,相关系数0.9996,检出限为0.85 mg /kg,添加质量浓度5.0~20.0 mg /kg 时,样品回收率在91.5%~97.9%之间。该方法与目前我国海洋生物中石油烃的检测方法 GB17378.6-2007相比,节省时间,且皂化充分,检测结果准确度好,精密度高,适用于水产品中石油烃含量的检测。
建立瞭檢測水產品中石油烴殘留的分析方法。樣品與過量的堿液在無水乙醇環境下,40℃水浴避光振搖5 h,再經二氯甲烷萃取、負壓蒸榦、脫芳石油醚溶解,熒光分光光度法測定。結果錶明,油標液在0.0~10.0μg /ml 線性關繫良好,相關繫數0.9996,檢齣限為0.85 mg /kg,添加質量濃度5.0~20.0 mg /kg 時,樣品迴收率在91.5%~97.9%之間。該方法與目前我國海洋生物中石油烴的檢測方法 GB17378.6-2007相比,節省時間,且皂化充分,檢測結果準確度好,精密度高,適用于水產品中石油烴含量的檢測。

Determination of fluorescence spectrophotometry is established analysis methods of petroleum hydro-carbon residues in aquatic products.Samples and excessive alkali liquor under the environment of anhydrous ethanol,40 ℃ water bath avoid light vibration wave five hours,fully by the methylene chloride extraction after saponification,negative pressure dry,aromatic petroleum ether dissolved,fluorescence spectrophotometry.Re-sults show that the oil standard fluid in 0.0 ~ 10.0 ng /ml linear relationship is good,the correlation coeffi-cient of 0.9996,the detection limit of 0.85 mg /kg,added mass concentration is 5.0 ~20.0 mg /kg,recov-ery is between 91 .5% ~97.9%.Compare to GB17378.6-2007,the method saves time,saponification,ac-curacy of test results is good,high precision,suitable for detection of petroleum hydrocarbon content in aquat-ic products.
