高校财务安全管理是指通过一系列举措将高校财务风险控制在安全的范围内，从而保持财务工作正常、健康地运转，并能充分满足高校的整体发展要求。在总结高校财务安全管理特点的基础上，从资金资产、内部控制、信息技术、专业素质等4个方面，分析了高校财务安全管理面临的难点与风险隐患，研究了提高财务安全管理水平的措施，力求在严肃财经纪律、完善理财机制、规范财经秩序上取得一定借鉴意义，为深化教育领域综合改革，推进正风肃纪新常态提供理论支撑。

University financial security management is to control the financial risks in universities within the scope of the security by a series of measures ,so as to maintain financial work running nor‐mally and healthily and fully meet the requirements of development of universities .Based on the summary of financial security characteristics of university management ,from four aspects of capital assets ,internal control ,information technology ,and professional quality ,university financial risk and issue facing the security management will be analyzed in this paper .The exploration and research of improving the level of financial security management measures means is discussed .This paper aims at serious financial discipline ,improving financial management mechanism ,making some reference on standardized financial and economic order ,in order to deepen the comprehensive reform in the field of education and promote the new ,normal and strict discipline to provide theoretical support .
