目的:某院放射科将微信应用到住院医师的带教工作中作为教学改革的新途径,评价此项教学改革的效果及探索其应用前景。方法随机选取在某院放射科基地培训的29名住院医师及23名带教医师为研究对象,2014年1月开始实施基于微信平台住院医师培训的教学改革方案,同年7月对住院医师和带教医师进行调查问卷和访谈,记录改革前后学员及带教医师的调查问卷各项评分,进行统计学处理和比较。结果放射科住院医师培养基地引入微信管理后,在带教医师和学生的教学互动、即时沟通、交流反馈(t=14.305,P<0.05)、在带教医师对住院医师的医德教育方面(t=13.332,P<0.05)、教学资源和专业信息共享(t=14.883,P<0.05)以及调动住院医师学习积极性和创造性(t=13.057,P<0.05)这四个方面的调查评分有显著提高,教改前后差异有统计学意义。结论微信是一种有效提高影像专业教学效果的手段。

Objective WeChat is applied to the radiological resident training as a new way of teaching reform in a hospital. To assess the effect of the teaching reform and explore the prospect of the application. Methods Wechat is applied as teaching reform on January 2014 in radiology department of a hospital, six months later, a questionnaire was filled out by 29 residents and 23 teaching doctors which were random selected, the questionnaire score of before and after the reform was recorded and statistics processed. Results After the WeChat applied to radiology resident training, the survey score of interactive between teachers and students, instant communication, feedback,resident doctors’medical ethics education,teaching resources and information sharing,and mobilize enthusiasm and creativity of residency have increased significantly.The differences before and after reform were statistically significant.Conclusion WeChat is considered to be an effective tool of improve the teaching effect of medical imaging.
