针对淮北师范大学信管专业建设中面临的问题，本文对其差异化特色人才培养模式展开积极探索。回顾淮北师范大学信管专业的建设历程，分析其建设中存在问题，并在国内高校信管专业特色发展趋势分析的基础上，提出淮北师范大学信管专业工程型特色人才培养模式，最后给出具体建议。

Aim at the construction problem of information management discipline,the paper discusses the personnel training model of differentiation. Firstly,the construction process of information management is re?viewed,and the problems during the period of development are put forward. Then development trend of infor?mation management in domestic universities is analyzed. Finally,the personnel training model with the char?acteristic of engineering is provided,and relevant suggestions are given.
