目的:研究某三甲医院门急诊人次、出院人数及手术台次的相关关系,以期为医院的卫生资源优化配置和现代化管理提供科学依据。方法应用直线回归方程对某院2008年至2014年的门诊人次、出院人数及住院手术台次进行相关与回归分析。结果门急诊人次、出院人数与手术台次均高度相关。对出院人数与门急诊人次作线性回归分析,得回归方程:Y=0.158X-60517.617(X 为门急诊人次,Y 为出院人数);以手术台次为因变量,门急诊人次及出院人数为自变量进行回归分析,只有出院人数进入回归方程,得回归方程为:Y=0.414X-2422.069(X 为出院人数、Y 为手术台次)。结论某院门急诊人次与出院人数高度相关、出院人数与手术台次高度相关。医院需深化精益管理,优化门诊服务流程、持续改进医疗服务质量、以提高医院的经济及社会效益。

Objective To research relationship during outpatient and emergency visits, discharge number and the number of surgical cases, and provide scientific reference for optimizing health resources and management. Methods Using linear regression model to analyze the outpatient and emergency number, the discharge number and the number of surgical cases in a hospital from 2008 to 2014. Results Outpatient and emergency visits, discharge number and the number of surgical cases were relatively high degree of correlation. The regression equation:Y=0.158X-60517.617(X outpatient and emergency number; Y discharge number); to the number of surgical cases as the dependent variable, the outpatient and emergency number and discharge number as independent variables in regression analysis, only the discharge number was entered into the regression model. The regression equation:Y=0.414X-2422.069(X discharge number、Y number of surgical cases).Conclusion The outpatient and emergency visits and discharge number related degree is high, the number of surgical cases and discharge number is also high related. The hospital should deepen lean management, optimize the service process of outpatient, continuous improvement of medical service quality and improve the hospital economic and social benefits.
