在放射性核素治疗学教学过程中，为解决缺乏实际病例不能在治疗全程示例的难题，采取师生互动模拟教学配合多媒体，即在缺乏实际病例时模拟疾病场景、互换医患角色，配合多媒体课件中的典型病例、理论与实践相结合的方法进行示教教学，结果表明此教学方法能提高学生主观能动性，促进师生之间、学生之间的交流，示教与临床病例讨论有机地结合实现了在示教中进行素质教育，为今后的临床实践打下了坚实的基础。

teachers and students was taken interaction with the multimedia course ware on radionuclide therapy teaching to solve the lack of appropriate teaching cases in the teaching process of radionuclide therapy. That is simulate the disease when lack of actual cases, swaps doctor-patient role,cooperate with typical cases of multimedia courseware,the combination of theory and practice on teaching and teaching methods. The results showed that this teaching method could improve students' subjective initiative, enhance communication between students and teachers, students and students.Teaching and discussions of clinical case are organically combined.The methods of interaction between teachers and students with the multimedia could lay the groundwork for the future of clinical practice.
