目的：对病案调阅利用情况进行分析，进一步掌握病案利用的结构特点，做好病案的借阅管理工作。方法利用 Excel 电子表格对借阅、调阅病案数据进行分类汇总统计。结果4年某院共借阅、调阅病案28113份，病案利用率为46.07%，其中院内借阅、调阅病案21972份，占78.16%；院外调阅病案6141份，占21.84%。结论病案管理人员应提高自身素质，把被动服务转变为主动服。主动了解使用病案者的目的和需求，快速找到所需资料和数据，在严格照章办事的同时，尽量简化手续和优化流程，提高工作和服务效率。
목적：대병안조열이용정황진행분석，진일보장악병안이용적결구특점，주호병안적차열관리공작。방법이용 Excel 전자표격대차열、조열병안수거진행분류회총통계。결과4년모원공차열、조열병안28113빈，병안이용솔위46.07%，기중원내차열、조열병안21972빈，점78.16%；원외조열병안6141빈，점21.84%。결론병안관리인원응제고자신소질，파피동복무전변위주동복。주동료해사용병안자적목적화수구，쾌속조도소수자료화수거，재엄격조장판사적동시，진량간화수속화우화류정，제고공작화복무효솔。
Objective To analyze the utilization of medical records, further master the structural characteristics of medical record application and do a good management of medical record borrowing. Methods Summarizing the data of borrowing and retrieval with the Excel. Results During the four years, a total of 28,113 copies of medical records were borrowing and reading, the medical record utilization was 46.07%. 21,972 of them within the hospital, accounted for 78.16% and 6,141 of them outside the hospital, accounted for 21.84%. Conclusions Medical records management personnel should improve their own quality, change the passive service into active service. Take the initiative to understand the purpose and demand, quickly find the required information and data, simplify procedures and optimize processes at the same time, improve work efficiency and service quality.
