目的应用静息态血氧水平依赖功能磁共振成像(blood oxygenation level dependent-functional MRI,BOLD-fMRI)技术探测脑白质疏松症(leukoaraiosis, LA)患者脑神经元自发活动情况。材料与方法19例轻度LA患者(轻度LA组)、21例重度LA患者(重度LA组)和19例年龄性别相匹配的健康志愿者(正常对照组)行fMRI扫描,并计算获取低频振幅(ALFF)图进行统计学分析。结果与轻度组比较,重度组患者在左侧楔前叶、右侧角回ALFF值下降(校正后P<0.05);与正常组相比较,重度组患者在左侧楔前叶、右侧角回、右侧额中回ALFF值下降(校正后P<0.05)。结论 LA患者静息状态下存在局部神经元自发活动异常。
目的應用靜息態血氧水平依賴功能磁共振成像(blood oxygenation level dependent-functional MRI,BOLD-fMRI)技術探測腦白質疏鬆癥(leukoaraiosis, LA)患者腦神經元自髮活動情況。材料與方法19例輕度LA患者(輕度LA組)、21例重度LA患者(重度LA組)和19例年齡性彆相匹配的健康誌願者(正常對照組)行fMRI掃描,併計算穫取低頻振幅(ALFF)圖進行統計學分析。結果與輕度組比較,重度組患者在左側楔前葉、右側角迴ALFF值下降(校正後P<0.05);與正常組相比較,重度組患者在左側楔前葉、右側角迴、右側額中迴ALFF值下降(校正後P<0.05)。結論 LA患者靜息狀態下存在跼部神經元自髮活動異常。
목적응용정식태혈양수평의뢰공능자공진성상(blood oxygenation level dependent-functional MRI,BOLD-fMRI)기술탐측뇌백질소송증(leukoaraiosis, LA)환자뇌신경원자발활동정황。재료여방법19례경도LA환자(경도LA조)、21례중도LA환자(중도LA조)화19례년령성별상필배적건강지원자(정상대조조)행fMRI소묘,병계산획취저빈진폭(ALFF)도진행통계학분석。결과여경도조비교,중도조환자재좌측설전협、우측각회ALFF치하강(교정후P<0.05);여정상조상비교,중도조환자재좌측설전협、우측각회、우측액중회ALFF치하강(교정후P<0.05)。결론 LA환자정식상태하존재국부신경원자발활동이상。
Objective:To investigate the abnomality of spontaneous neural activity in patients with leukoaraiosis using blood oxygenation level dependent-functional magnetic resonance imaging (BOLD-fMRI). Materials and Methods:Nineteen patients with mild LA(The mild LA group), twenty-one patients with severe LA (The severe LA group) and nineteen age-matched healthy controls(The HC group) underwent the rs-fMRI scans, and the ALFF maps were computed and analysed.Results:Compared with the mild LA group, the severe LA group demonstrated decreased ALFF in the left precuneus and right angular gyrus(P<0.05, corrected). Moreover, compared with healthy controls, the severe LA group showed signiifcantly decreased ALFF in the left precuneus, right angular gyrus and right middle frontal gyrus (P<0.05, corrected). Conclusion:Patients with LA show abnormality of spontaneous neural activity.
