对刚性板间橡胶垫的载荷—压缩关系的准确预报在很多工程应用中都至关重要。过去对该问题理论解的研究大多数基于线弹性理论,且很少适用于有限应变问题。文章推导了刚性板间圆形不可压缩橡胶垫的载荷—压缩关系。基于两个运动学假设和连续介质力学理论进行推导,并考虑了Mooney-Rivlin材料。文中将推导的公式计算结果与有限元计算结果及其它已有公式进行了比较和讨论,证明了文中提出的公式有足够的精度,并适用于各种形状系数和有限应变问题。

The accurate prediction of the load-deformation relationship of the reinforced rubber blocks is of great importance for many engineering applications. Most of the previous researches of the the-oretical resolution on this issue are based on the linear elastic theory and few of them are valid for finite strain problems. In this paper, a load-compression relationship of the reinforced incompress-ible circular rubber pad is derived. The Mooney-Rivlin material is considered. The derivation is based on two kinematic assumptions and continuum mechanics theory. The results calculated by the derived formula are compared with the FEM solutions and the results of other existing formulae. The results are discussed and the derived formula is proved to have adequate accuracy and valid for various shape factors and for finite strain problems.
