通过构建旅游业依存度、贡献率和拉动率三个指标，从时间和空间两个维度，本文探讨了忻州市旅游业对经济增长的拉动效应。研究结果表明，忻州市旅游业依存度、旅游业贡献率和旅游业拉动率总体不断提高，旅游业对经济增长的拉动效应逐渐增大；在山西省11个地市中，忻州市旅游业拉动效应十分突出，但近年略有下降；在市域内部，各县旅游业对经济增长拉动效应的空间非均衡现象较突出，且东强西弱的空间格局与旅游资源在等级上东高西低、景区在空间上“东热、中温、西冷”现状具有很强的共轭性。

By constructing three indicators named tourism dependence,tourism contribution rate and pulling rate,this paper analyzes the pulling effects of tourism on economic growth of Xinzhou based on time and space di-mensions. The result is that the tourism dependence,tourism contribution rate and pulling rate of Xinzhou are in-creasing as a whole,and that the tourism pulling effect is on a gradual rise. Moreover the tourism pulling effect of Xinzhou is very prominent in 11 cities of Shanxi Province,but recently it has descended slightly;and the space non- equilibrium of tourism pulling effects is quite prominent among prefecture - level counties in the city of Xinzhou (strong in east and weak in west),which is in accordance with the level of tourism resources and the spatial layout of scenic areas.
