本文以绿色介质水为溶剂,甘油作为相转移催化剂,通过1,2-二羰基化合物和1,2-二胺类化合物缩合合成一系列喹喔啉类化合物。甘油作为生物柴油工业的主要副产品,无毒无害,可生物降解,有机合成中的应用为其找到了很好的应用前景。
本文以綠色介質水為溶劑,甘油作為相轉移催化劑,通過1,2-二羰基化閤物和1,2-二胺類化閤物縮閤閤成一繫列喹喔啉類化閤物。甘油作為生物柴油工業的主要副產品,無毒無害,可生物降解,有機閤成中的應用為其找到瞭很好的應用前景。
본문이록색개질수위용제,감유작위상전이최화제,통과1,2-이탄기화합물화1,2-이알류화합물축합합성일계렬규악람류화합물。감유작위생물시유공업적주요부산품,무독무해,가생물강해,유궤합성중적응용위기조도료흔호적응용전경。
An efficient method had been developed for the synthesis of quinoxaline derivatives in water by the condensation of 1,2-dicarbonyl compounds with 1,2-diamines. Glycerol was found to be a sustainable phase transfer catalyst for the condensation,and excellent yields were obtained under this mild reaction condition. Glycerol(1,2,3-propanetriol or glycerin) was easily available as the main by-product of the biodiesel industry,had attracted attention as it is a versatile,cheap,and renewable feedstock and had been proven to be an environmentally friendly reaction media for the synthetic organic chemistry.
