采用无毒的三光气代替光气与间苯二甲胺反应,合成了间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯。考察了原料的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间和氮气气速的影响。结果表明,间苯二甲胺和三光气的摩尔比为1.25∶1.0,用10mL· min-1的氮气连续通入反应体系,反应温度为130℃,反应时间为6.0 h,间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯的产率为80.65%。

The synthesis of m-xylylene diisocyanate( MXDI) from m-xylylenediamine( MXDA) and triphosgene( BTC) substitute ma-terial was studied. Factors such as molar ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,reaction time and nitrogen rate were also stud-ied. The optimal conditions was that the molar ratio to MXDA and BTC was 1. 25:1. 0,the reaction system was purged with nitrogen at a rate 10 mL·min-1 ,the reaction temperature was 130℃and the reaction time was 6. 0 h. Under the optimum condition,the MXDI yield was 80. 65%.
