目的：了解江西省表观健康猪群携带猪链球菌的情况，为有效防控猪链球菌病提供科学依据。方法选取景德镇市、崇仁县为采样点，采集表观健康猪群鼻咽拭子和扁桃体进行猪链球菌病原分离鉴定。结果共采集表观健康猪群鼻咽拭子和扁桃体样本301份，检出2株猪链球菌2型，其毒力基因mrp、sly、ef均为阴性。结论本次调查中江西省表观健康猪携带猪链球菌的带菌率为0.66％。
목적：료해강서성표관건강저군휴대저련구균적정황，위유효방공저련구균병제공과학의거。방법선취경덕진시、숭인현위채양점，채집표관건강저군비인식자화편도체진행저련구균병원분리감정。결과공채집표관건강저군비인식자화편도체양본301빈，검출2주저련구균2형，기독력기인mrp、sly、ef균위음성。결론본차조사중강서성표관건강저휴대저련구균적대균솔위0.66％。
Objective To investigate the infection situation of Streptococcus suis in apparent healthy pigs in Jiangxi Province and to provide the scientific basis for effectively prevent and control of Streptococcus suis infection. Methods Jingdezhen municipality and Chongren county was selected surveillance sites. The nasal swabs and tonsils from apparent healthy pigs were collected to isolate Streptococcus suis. Results A total of 301 nasal swabs and tonsils of apparent health pigs were collected, and two stains of Streptococcus suis type 2 without virulence gene mrp, sly, and ef were isolated. Conclusion The carrier rate of Streptococcus suis in apparent health pigs of Jiangxi Province in this survey was 0.66%.
