为了降低水锤现象,通过对蒸汽管路初始送气时内部汽、液转化,流动的分析,较为形象地阐述了水锤现象的产生机理,然后通过在管路提升处合理设置集水管、疏水器的技术方法及规范蒸汽阀门开启步骤的操作,较好地解决了蒸汽管路水锤现象的产生,消除了管路振动所带来的安全隐患。
為瞭降低水錘現象,通過對蒸汽管路初始送氣時內部汽、液轉化,流動的分析,較為形象地闡述瞭水錘現象的產生機理,然後通過在管路提升處閤理設置集水管、疏水器的技術方法及規範蒸汽閥門開啟步驟的操作,較好地解決瞭蒸汽管路水錘現象的產生,消除瞭管路振動所帶來的安全隱患。

In order to remove or decrease the appearance of water hammer, by analyzing gas-liquid transformation and fluid flow in steam pipeline, the mechanism of producing water hammer phenomena was described in this article. With the methods of disposing water collecting pipe and steam trap at elevating location and regulating valve opening procedure, the problem of water hammer had been solved and safety menace induced from vibration of pipeline was removed.
