由于施工、地质条件变化、输送介质腐蚀等因素影响，可能使管道产生变形、腐蚀等缺陷，需要管道检测设备定期对管道进行内检测作业，保证管道安全运行。一般管道检测设备主要由驱动、支撑、里程轮、探头和记录仪等部分组成。其中，探头部分直接与被测管道相接触，测量管道变形、腐蚀缺陷的信号。文章介绍了管道检测设备探头机构的研究进展，对各种探头机构的优缺点进行了总结，指出针对不同口径、不同检测原理设计的探头机构其结构可能是不同的。

In view of construction, changes in geological conditions, corrosive medium and others, the defects such as deformation and corrosion may occur in piping, thus piping inspection equipment is needed to use in inner inspection of piping for its safe performance. Generally piping inspection equipment is composed of drive, support, probes and recorder, in which probes are contacted with the inspected piping and fulfill the recording of the signals for deformation and corrosion. In this article, the studying progress in probe mechanical structure in piping inspection equipment was introduced and the pros and cons in various probe mechanical structures were summarized. Finally it was pointed out that with respect to different diameters or designed on the basis with different principle, the probe mechanical structures may be requested to have differences.
