首先针对当前复合管液胀成形技术现状,对选材标准进行理论分析。然后通过分析衬管和基管在液胀成形复合管过程的应力应变,得到了复合管能够复合的基本要求,结合材料的力学特性,得到了衬管和基管能够实现液胀成形复合管的选材标准。最后利用有限元软件Abaqus进行模拟分析,验证了选材标准的正确性,为复合管液胀成形的初步选材提供了理论支撑,利用相关企业的实际生产,为双金属复合管液胀成形工程实际提供了重要依据。
首先針對噹前複閤管液脹成形技術現狀,對選材標準進行理論分析。然後通過分析襯管和基管在液脹成形複閤管過程的應力應變,得到瞭複閤管能夠複閤的基本要求,結閤材料的力學特性,得到瞭襯管和基管能夠實現液脹成形複閤管的選材標準。最後利用有限元軟件Abaqus進行模擬分析,驗證瞭選材標準的正確性,為複閤管液脹成形的初步選材提供瞭理論支撐,利用相關企業的實際生產,為雙金屬複閤管液脹成形工程實際提供瞭重要依據。

With respect to current situation of hydraulic expansion technique used for lined pipe, the theoretical analysis for material selection standard was performed first. Then, by analyzing the stress and strain in lining pipe and base pipe in the process of hydraulic expansion, the fundamental requirements for composition was obtained. With mechanics principles, the material selection standard for realizing the composition of lining pipe and base pipe was established. Finally, by using finite element software Abaqus in simulative analysis, the correctness of this standard was validated, which was the theoretical support in preliminary selection of materials in realization of composition of lined pipe. Moreover, from practical experiences in production, important basis in hydraulic expansion of dual metals lined pipe was established.
