目的:探讨晚期恶性肿瘤患者血清肿瘤相关物质( BXTM)含量检测及临床价值。方法:检测250例有复发转移的晚期恶性肿瘤患者、60例无复发转移患者和60例健康体检者血清BXTM含量。结果:晚期恶性肿瘤组BXTM均值为(112.10±20.20)U/ml,阳性率为72.8%。无复发转移患者BXTM均值为(92.35±12.25)U/ml,阳性率为25.0%。正常对照者BXTM均值为(91.28±9.35)U/ml,阳性率为16.7%。复发转移患者血清BXTM含量明显高于无复发转移患者及正常对照者( P<0.05)。无复发转移患者和正常对照者血清BXTM含量无差异( P>0.05)。治疗有效或稳定的患者化疗前血清 BXTM 含量及其阳性率均低于疾病进展的患者( P<0.05)。结论:血清BXTM检测具有较高的敏感性、特异性和广谱性,临床上可用作晚期恶性肿瘤诊断、疗效判断以及随访检测的参考指标。

Objective:To investigate the value of the Bo xin serum tumor associated material( BXTM)in the diag-nosis of advanced malignant tumors. Methods:With the method of chemical colorimetry,the level of BXTM was deter-mined and comPared in 250 cases with advanced malignant tumor,60 cases with early malignant tumor and 60 Physi-cal examination volunteers. Results:The mean value of BXTM in advanced malignant tumor Patients was(112. 10 ± 20. 20)U/ml,and the sensitive rate was 72. 8%. The mean value of BXTM in early malignant tumor Patients was (92. 35 ± 12. 25)U/ml,and the sensitive rate was 25. 0%. The mean value of BXTM in normal PeoPle was(91. 28 ± 9. 35)U/ml,and the sensitive rate was 16. 7%. The levels of BXTM in serum of advanced malignant tumor Patients were significantly higher than those of early malignant tumor Patients and normal PeoPle(P<0. 05). The levels of BXTM in serum of early malignant tumor Patients and normal PeoPle had no difference(P >0. 05). The levels of BXTM in Patients that achieved PR or SD were less than that had PD(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Detecting BXTM in advanced malignant tumor Patients has a higher sensitivity,sPecificity,and wide sPectrum. It can be used as the indi-cator for the diagnosis,treatment effect and follow uP in advanced malignant tumors.
