目的：探讨自制灌注液保留膀胱灌注预防急性放射性膀胱反应的临床治疗效果。方法：将50例Ⅱb-Ⅲb 期宫颈癌放疗患者随机分为两组，对照组给予常规抗感染、止血对症处理。治疗组在此基础上自放疗之日起给予自制灌注液每晚睡前一次保留膀胱灌注，直至放疗结束。结果：治疗组放疗结束后膀胱反应程度明显低于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论：自制膀胱灌注液能有效预防和控制放射性膀胱反应，提高患者放疗效果和生活质量。
목적：탐토자제관주액보류방광관주예방급성방사성방광반응적림상치료효과。방법：장50례Ⅱb-Ⅲb 기궁경암방료환자수궤분위량조，대조조급여상규항감염、지혈대증처리。치료조재차기출상자방료지일기급여자제관주액매만수전일차보류방광관주，직지방료결속。결과：치료조방료결속후방광반응정도명현저우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론：자제방광관주액능유효예방화공제방사성방광반응，제고환자방료효과화생활질량。
Objective:To exPlore the effect of homemade Perfusion fluid retention bladder Perfusion in the Preven-tion of acute radioactive reaction. Methods:Fifty Patients with Ⅱb -Ⅲb cervical cancer radiotheraPy were randomly divided into two grouPs,control grouP was given routine nursing only,anti-infection,hemostatic symPtomatic treat-ment. Treatment grouP were given a homemade Perfusion fluid before going to bed every night keeP the bladder Perfu-sion,until the end of radiotheraPy.
