目的:观察结肠癌转移相关基因( MACC1)和肝细胞生长因子受体( C-met)蛋白在食管癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学EnVinsion法检测88例食管癌组织中MACC1和C-met蛋白的表达情况,分析两者与食管癌病理分级、临床分期的关系及两者在食管癌组织中表达的相关性。结果:MACC1和C-met在食管癌组织中的阳性率分别为88.64%和75.00%。在食管癌中MACC1和C-met蛋白高表达与临床分级、分期显著相关( P<0.001)。进一步分析显示食管癌组织中MACC1和C-met蛋白表达具有相关性。结论:食管癌组织中MACC1、C-met及其蛋白表达水平增高,C-met通路的激活和MACC1过表达可能与食管癌的发生、发展有关,MACC1和C-met具有作为食管癌分子标志物的潜在价值。

목적:관찰결장암전이상관기인( MACC1)화간세포생장인자수체( C-met)단백재식관암중적표체급의의。방법:채용면역조직화학EnVinsion법검측88례식관암조직중MACC1화C-met단백적표체정황,분석량자여식관암병리분급、림상분기적관계급량자재식관암조직중표체적상관성。결과:MACC1화C-met재식관암조직중적양성솔분별위88.64%화75.00%。재식관암중MACC1화C-met단백고표체여림상분급、분기현저상관( P<0.001)。진일보분석현시식관암조직중MACC1화C-met단백표체구유상관성。결론:식관암조직중MACC1、C-met급기단백표체수평증고,C-met통로적격활화MACC1과표체가능여식관암적발생、발전유관,MACC1화C-met구유작위식관암분자표지물적잠재개치。
Objective:To investigate the exPressions and Prognostic significance of metastasis-associated in colon cancer 1(MACC1)and hePatocyte growth factor recePtor(C-met)in esoPhageal cancer. Methods:The exPression of MACC1 and C -met in 88 cases of Primary esoPhageal cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining method. Results:The exPressions of MACC1 and C-met were significantly higher in esoPhageal cancer. The high ex-Pressions of MACC 1 and C -met were significantly related to differential Pathological stage and TNM stage( P<0. 001),but not with gender,age. A Positive correlation was found between the high exPressions of MACC1 and C-met. Conclusion:The high exPressions of MACC1 and C-met may Play an imPortant role in the develoPment,Pro-gression and metastasis of esoPhageal cancer. The combined detection of MACC1 and C-met can be used to deter-mine the biological behavior and Prognosis of esoPhageal cancer.
