针对工业上常用的变径悬臂搅拌轴,HG/T 20569中没有相应的临界转速计算方法,为找到简便的近似计算方法,使用ANSYS计算了3个算例的临界转速,并与HG/T 20569中悬臂与跨间二轴段直径相等、作用集中质量的悬臂轴的计算公式进行对比,经数据对比和理论分析,认为在计算变径悬臂搅拌轴的临界转速时,可以采用该公式,将变径轴的质量折算为当量质量来近似计算。
針對工業上常用的變徑懸臂攪拌軸,HG/T 20569中沒有相應的臨界轉速計算方法,為找到簡便的近似計算方法,使用ANSYS計算瞭3箇算例的臨界轉速,併與HG/T 20569中懸臂與跨間二軸段直徑相等、作用集中質量的懸臂軸的計算公式進行對比,經數據對比和理論分析,認為在計算變徑懸臂攪拌軸的臨界轉速時,可以採用該公式,將變徑軸的質量摺算為噹量質量來近似計算。

In HG/T 20569, there is no any method for calculation of critical rotating velocity for varied diameter cantilever shaft which is used widely in industries. In order to find approximate calculation method, three instances, all of which have equidiameters at cantilever and within span, were calculated for their critical rotating velocity by using ANSYS. The results then were compared with that resulted from the equations in HG/T20569. After the comparison, it was concluded that for varied diameter cantilever shaft, the critical rotating velocity can be calculated by using the equation provided in HG/T20569 only by converting the mass of varied diameter shaft into the equivalent mass of equidiameter shaft.
