以V型活塞式空气压缩机为例,介绍了采用Origin软件对飞轮矩的计算研究。推导了V型压缩机两列的位移、连杆摆角、气体力计算模型,利用Origin进行曲线的绘制、叠加合成及积分面积计算,从而得到平均切向力、一转中能量变化及飞轮矩。方法简便可行,准确性高。

Exampled with V type reciprocating compressor, the calculation of flywheel by using software Origin was introduced. The calculation models for the displacement of V type compressor, the angle of rods and gas force were derived. By using Origin, the curves were drawn and the integral area was calculated. Then, average tangent force, change of energy in one rotation and flywheel moment were obtained. It was shown that this method has the advantages of simplicity and high precision.
