在高职教育之多极评价主体的全面价值目标下,把高职教育的主要利益相关者置于评价中心,以绩效棱柱系统为工具,围绕高职教育利益相关者的需求、贡献、战略、流程、能力,提出绩效棱柱评价指标形成与反馈的方法。其未来优化方向是:与现行指标体系的衔接、与教育信息化系统的有效嵌合、评价体系的动态性自评与后续维护。

In the comprehensive value goal of the multipolar evaluation subjects of high vocational education, the major stakeholders of high vocational education is put in the center of evaluation, the Performance Prism system is applied as a tool, and revolves around stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder contribution, strategies, processes and capabilities of high vocational education, the method of forming evaluating index and feedback is put forward. The future direction of optimization is to interface with the existing index system, to effectively integrate with educational informationalization system, as well as the dynamic self assessment and the following maintenance of evaluation system.
