全国职业院校技能大赛举办七届以来,专业覆盖由最初的较低,发展为专业覆盖超过80%的局面。大赛技术标准正在成为职业院校训练的重要参考。对天津市部分中高职院校参加大赛的情况进行调查,并结合历届大赛竞赛项目设置变化对职业教育教学引领的分析表明,大赛对职业院校专业课程教师教学方式、学生评价标准及实训教学、校企合作等都产生了深刻影响,具有一定的引领作用;同时,大赛在对学生的普惠性等方面还存在一些不足。受其启发,提出大赛应促进工学结合的有效实施、进一步完善大赛办赛的规范性、结合大赛优质资源推进成果转化为教学资源、大赛应全面实现与世界技能大赛的接轨,以及完善竞赛制度建设等建议。

Since the 7th National Vocational Schools’ Skills Competition has been held, the competition skills coverage rate has jumped to more than 80% of the professional disciplines compare with the low rate previously. Competition technical standards/descriptions have been becoming the key references of training and teaching within vocational colleges. Survey about skills competition of some vocational colleges in Tianjin finds that, the competition has significant influence on teaching mode, student evaluation and practice teaching. Furthermore, it also faced with some problems. In future, the competition should try to facilitate the effective implementation of the combination of working and learning, the expanding of the competition and the regulating of running the competition, transfer the quality resource from competition into teaching resource, connect those competitions with WorldSkills Competition, improve the publicity and media engagement, and minimize the competition’s impact on routine teaching activities.
