球形封头开孔接管结构是压力容器常用结构之一,由于在封头与接管连接区域会产生应力集中,是压力容器失效的源头。基于ANSYS软件中的APDL语言建立了球形封头与接管连接结构的有限元模型,对该结构在内压和管道外载荷作用下进行了强度分析,并基于JB 4732标准对其进行安全评定,结果发现接管N2与球形封头连接区域的应力不能满足强度要求。基于此,提出了满足强度要求的优化结构,为工程上此结构的设计提供了一定参考依据。

Opening with nozzle in spherical closure is one of commonly used structures in pressure vessel. In view of the existence of stress concentration in the conjunction of nozzle and shell, it may become the source of the failure occurred in pressure vessel. In this paper, by using APDL tool in ANSYS, finite element models for some practical structures of nozzle connected with spherical closure were established, and the strength of these structures were analyzed under the actions of internal and external pressure based on the criteria specified in JB4732. It was found that the structure of nozzle N2 could not reach strength requirement. Based on this result, this structure was optimized so that strength criteria can be fulfilled, which can be used as the reference for such structure in later engineering design.
