利用电化学的线性极化理论,以 C8051 F021微处理器为核心设计了硬件电路和软件,开发出高集成度、小型化 FSY-3型腐蚀在线监测仪。利用单点自动连续测量实现了对金属的瞬时腐蚀速度的在线测量和对循环冷却水系统中金属腐蚀变化趋势的在线监测。利用串口通信实现了与计算机之间的数据交换,并结合计算机实现了数据记录及腐蚀曲线绘制等功能。同时通过 D/A 转换通道,实现了对循环冷却水系统的加药控制。

Basing on the linear polarization theory in electrochemistry and having C805 1 F02 1 microprocessor cored,FSY-3 on-line monitor for corrosion was developed,which having single-point’s continuous auto-meas-urement used to online measure both metal’s instantaneous corrosion rate and the metal corrosion’s variation trend in circulating cooling water system,and then having serial port communication based to exchange the da-ta between the monitor and computer,including the implementation of recording the data,drawing the corro-sion curves;meanwhile,through the D/A conversion tunnel,the control of adding reagent to the circulating cooling water system can be realized.
