反应釜是一种典型的大惯性、大滞后系统,其温度不易控制。针对这类时滞系统将仿人智能算法与 Smith预估算法结合,其中 Smith预估算法通过引入预估器可以补偿时滞环节,仿人智能算法可以识别误差的各种特征并做出相应的决策,实现多模态灵活控制。二者结合用于反应釜温度控制,经MATLAB仿真显示,该方法相比传统 PID算法其控制效果有显著地提升。

The temperature of the reactor which boasting of great inertia and delay is hard to control.Aiming at the system with great inertia,a kind of control law which having human-simulated intelligent control (HSIC)combined with Smith predictor algorithm was presented,in which,the Smith predictor algorithm can offset the inertia and the HSIC identifies features of control errors and realizes multi-mode control,and their combination can be used to the reactor.MATIAB simulation shows that,compared with the traditional PID control,their combination can bring about notable control effects.
