介绍了广州市中心城区路灯节能改造服务项目的实施情况，对当前路灯节能改造实施过程中需要控制的前期摸查、路灯检测、照明参数、节省电费计量方式等关键点进行了分析论述，并提出了国家照明标准体系不完善、 LED 光源驱动电源寿命较短等主要问题，旨在为以后的路灯节能改造工程提供参考。

This thesis mainly introduced the implementations of streetlights energy-saving renovation project in Guangzhou downtown.The main points were analyzed and discussed that needed to be controlled existing in the current implementation of streetlight energy-saving renovation project, including preliminary exploration, the test of the streetlights, lighting parameters, the metering mode of save electricity and so on. And the main existing problems including the imperfect national standard system of illumination and the LED drive power having a short lifespan were presented, aiming to provide a reference for later streetlights energy-saving renovation project.
