目的：探讨ZEB-1对非小细胞肺癌细胞株A549生物学行为的影响。方法：构建干扰ZEB-1的质粒，转染至A548细胞株，运用体外增殖、迁移、侵袭实验来观察ZEB-1表达下调后对非小细胞肺癌细胞株A549生物学行为的影响。结果：下调ZEB-1的表达可降低A549细胞株的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力。结论：ZEB-1表达水平与非小细胞肺癌侵袭转移的能力显著相关。

목적：탐토ZEB-1대비소세포폐암세포주A549생물학행위적영향。방법：구건간우ZEB-1적질립，전염지A548세포주，운용체외증식、천이、침습실험래관찰ZEB-1표체하조후대비소세포폐암세포주A549생물학행위적영향。결과：하조ZEB-1적표체가강저A549세포주적증식、천이화침습능력。결론：ZEB-1표체수평여비소세포폐암침습전이적능력현저상관。
Objective:To study the effect of ZEB-1 on the behaviour of the non-small-cell lung cancer. Meth-ods:The exPression of ZEB-1 was down-regulated by RNA interference( RNAi)in lung cancer cell line A549 and identify by Realtime-PCR and Western blot. In colony-forming assay,viro scratch test,Transwell based methods were used to detect the effectiveness of ZEB-1 on the Proliferation,migration and invasion ability of non-small cell lung cancer cells. Results:The successful transfection was confirmed by Realtime-PCR and Western blot in the cell line of A549. Down regulation of ZEB-1 can decrease Proliferation,migration and invasion Potential in A549 cell line. Conclusion:The exPression of ZEB-1 is significantly correlated with invasion and metastasis Potential in non-small-cell lung cancer.
