目的:探讨临床中应用彩色多普勒超声高低频探头与双体位扫查联合对腹股沟疝的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析黄石市中心医院2013年1月至2013年12月,40例彩色多普勒超声高低频探头与双体位扫查联合检查的腹股沟疝患者临床资料,术前行彩色多普勒超声高低频探头与双体位扫查,术后病理对比观察。结果彩色多普勒超声图像显示:腹股沟区域或者阴囊区域内均有大小不同的回声和高回声,且包块与腹腔相通,宽度长度5.0~14.0 mm。内容物见蠕动肠腔回声,内容物较大为大网膜,且包块内回声偏强,未见蠕动,伴有血流信号。高低频联合检查诊断率为100.0%,Vs 高频、低频彩色多普勒超声检查诊断率72.5%、50.0%,且数据的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中应用彩色多普勒超声高低频探头与双体位扫查联合可以较好的对腹股沟疝进行诊断,且双体位的扫查可以更好对疝内容物性质进行诊断,在临床中具有较高应用价值。

목적:탐토림상중응용채색다보륵초성고저빈탐두여쌍체위소사연합대복고구산적림상진단개치。방법회고성분석황석시중심의원2013년1월지2013년12월,40례채색다보륵초성고저빈탐두여쌍체위소사연합검사적복고구산환자림상자료,술전행채색다보륵초성고저빈탐두여쌍체위소사,술후병리대비관찰。결과채색다보륵초성도상현시:복고구구역혹자음낭구역내균유대소불동적회성화고회성,차포괴여복강상통,관도장도5.0~14.0 mm。내용물견연동장강회성,내용물교대위대망막,차포괴내회성편강,미견연동,반유혈류신호。고저빈연합검사진단솔위100.0%,Vs 고빈、저빈채색다보륵초성검사진단솔72.5%、50.0%,차수거적비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론림상중응용채색다보륵초성고저빈탐두여쌍체위소사연합가이교호적대복고구산진행진단,차쌍체위적소사가이경호대산내용물성질진행진단,재림상중구유교고응용개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of combined high and low frequency probe with dual-position ultrasonic examination for inguinal hernia. Methods Between January 2013 to December 2013, 40 cases of inguinal hernia confirmed surgically, were retrospectively analyzed with preoperative combined high and low frequency probe and two-position color doppler ultrasonography. Results The ultrasound image showed that there were different sizes of echo and hyper echo within the groin area or scrotum area, which was connected with abdominal cavity. The width and length of mass was 5. 0 to 14. 0 mm. The contents with motility echo were intestines; the large contents were the great omentum, revealed strong mass echo with sign of blood flow, without peristalsis. The diagnosis rate of combined high and low-frequency ultrasonography was 100. 0% . While simple high frequency or low frequency ultrasound diagnosis rate was 72. 5% and 50. 0% , respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion The clinical application of combined high and low frequency probe with two-position ultrasound examination can be beneficial to diagnose inguinal hernia, and the two-position scan may be better to identify the hernia contents. It shows a high value in the clinical practice.
