在分析逆物流和绿色供应链相关概念内涵的基础上，以Dell电脑公司为案例，研究其在电子废弃物回收逆物流中所扮演的角色和实务上的运作模式。指出按照客户特点设计不同的回收计划，采用集中式逆物流结构以降低成本，电子废弃物重新使用最大化，与逆物流伙伴虚拟整合等Dell逆物流模式的主要特点。提出提升回收量达到规模经济，优化逆物流结构，降低逆物流成本等电子信息废弃物逆物流获利的关键因素。

Based on the analysis of reverse logistics the connotation of green supply chain related concepts, taking Dell Computer Corporation as an example, its role playing in the electronic waste recycling reverse logistics and practical operation mode were analyzed. The paper pointed out the main features of Dell reverse logistics mode, including designing different recycling program according to customers’ characteristics, using centralized reverse logistics structure in order to reduce the cost,maximizing the use of electronic waste, virtual integration with the reverse logistics partners. The key factors of the reverse logistics profit of electronic information waste such as improving the recycling amount to reach the scale economy,optimizing the reverse logistics structure,and reducing the reverse logistics cost were proposed.
