为了解仔兔母源抗体消长规律，将健康种兔在配种前20日左右免疫兔病毒性出血症灭活疫苗，母兔产仔后，每批仔兔中挑选10只仔兔，分别于3日龄、7日龄、14日龄、28日龄、35日龄、40日龄、45日龄、50日龄时采血，测定兔病毒性出血症病毒抗体效价，结果7日龄左右仔兔母源抗体均值达到高峰，后随日龄增大抗体均值缓慢下降，35～40日后逐渐低于有效保护值；取不同日龄家兔进行免疫，结果免疫日龄越晚，抗体产生的越快，一个月内，抗体值也越高，例如，35、40、45、50日龄仔兔免疫后7日，血凝抑制抗体均值分别为26.8、26.5、27.9及28.6，免疫后6个月，抗体均值均在保护性抗体水平。

In order to understand the growth and decline of maternal antibodies in offspring rabbits,Healthy rabbits were immuned with Inactivated vaccine for viral hemorrhagic disease in rabbits in about 20 days before mating. The 10 young rabbits were selected from each batch of young rabbits after mother rabbit farrowing, and those were took blood by 3 days ,7 days,14 days,28 days,35 days,40 days,45 days,50 days respectively. The ti?ter of antibody to rabbit virus was determined. The results showed that the mean of maternal antibody reached the peak at the age of 7 days rabbits .After 7 days the antibody mean slow decline with the age increasing. The mean of maternal antibody at 35~40 days was below the effective protection value. Immunization of rabbits with different ages, the results showed that the more late the immune day, the faster the antibody produced and the higher the antibody value within a month. For example after the 35 days ,40 days ,45days, and 50 days young rabbits were immuned 7 days, the mean of the inhibition of blood coagulation was 26.8,26.5,27.9,and 28.6. After im?muning 6 months , the mean of antibody was in the level of protective antibody.
