兔病毒性出血症、多杀性巴氏杆菌病二联蜂胶灭活疫苗分别与两种单苗进行免疫效力、免疫持续期及保存期的试验，试验结果表明：二联蜂胶灭活疫苗对兔病毒性出血症的免疫保护率为100%（10/10），对多杀性巴氏杆菌病的免疫保护率为90%（9/10），而两种单苗的免疫保护均为100%（10/10）；二联苗和单苗免疫后第3天对兔病毒性出血症产生部分免疫力，至第10天产生坚强免疫力而对多杀性巴氏杆菌第14天产生坚强免疫力；二联苗和单苗免疫6个月后，对兔病毒性出血症的免疫保护为100%（10/10），对多杀性巴氏杆菌病的免疫保护为90%（9/10）；二联苗和单苗在2~8℃和室温条件下保存15个月后，对兔病毒性出血症的免疫保护为100%（10/10），对多杀性巴氏杆菌病的免疫保护为90%（9/10）。二联苗中两组分的配比科学合理且两者之间无干扰作用。
토병독성출혈증、다살성파씨간균병이련봉효멸활역묘분별여량충단묘진행면역효력、면역지속기급보존기적시험，시험결과표명：이련봉효멸활역묘대토병독성출혈증적면역보호솔위100%（10/10），대다살성파씨간균병적면역보호솔위90%（9/10），이량충단묘적면역보호균위100%（10/10）；이련묘화단묘면역후제3천대토병독성출혈증산생부분면역력，지제10천산생견강면역력이대다살성파씨간균제14천산생견강면역력；이련묘화단묘면역6개월후，대토병독성출혈증적면역보호위100%（10/10），대다살성파씨간균병적면역보호위90%（9/10）；이련묘화단묘재2~8℃화실온조건하보존15개월후，대토병독성출혈증적면역보호위100%（10/10），대다살성파씨간균병적면역보호위90%（9/10）。이련묘중량조분적배비과학합리차량자지간무간우작용。
Immunity of bicombinant propolis-adjuvant inactivated vaccine against RHD and Pm was compared with the two corresponding single vaccines.The results showed that the protection rates of rabbits immunized with the bicombinant proplis-adjuvant inactivated vaccine were 100%(10/10) and 90%(9/10), and those of the single RHD vaccine and the Pm vaccine were 100%(10/10) and 90%(9/10). The immune protection rate of the combined vaccine and the single vaccine against RHD was producted on 3th day vaccination, immunity induce was more strong on 10th day, and those against Pm was producted later than RHD, immunity induce was more strong on 14th day. After vaccination 6 months,the efficacies of both the combined vaccine and the single vac?cine for RHD was 100%(10/10) and for Pm was 90%(9/10). The combined vaccine and the single vaccine were storaged in 2~8℃and at room temperature for 15 months, protection rate were 100%(10/10) against RHD and 90%(9/10) against Pm. The interfere between RHD and Pm in the combined vaccine did not happen.
