目的:分析人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染亚型及分布特点。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)体外扩增和反向斑点杂交-基因芯片技术,对1179例成都市成华区妇科门诊妇女的宫颈脱落细胞标本进行检测,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果1179例临床标本中共检出HPV感染224例,感染率为19.0%。21种基因亚型检出20种,未检出HPV43低危亚型。感染率最高的亚型是高危16型(占22.3%),其次是52型(占21.9%)和58型(占15.2%)。单一亚型感染率为13.7%,多重感染为5.3%。25岁以下年龄组、25~35岁、36~45岁、46~55岁、55岁以上年龄组HPV检出率分别为19.6%、20.2%、15.2%、21.0%及34.0%。结论成都市成华区受检女性HPV感染以单一感染和高危感染为主,感染率最高的亚型是高危16型。不同年龄分层的感染率略有不同。

목적:분석인유두류병독(HPV)감염아형급분포특점。방법채용취합매련반응(PCR)체외확증화반향반점잡교-기인심편기술,대1179례성도시성화구부과문진부녀적궁경탈락세포표본진행검측,대검측결과진행통계학분석。결과1179례림상표본중공검출HPV감염224례,감염솔위19.0%。21충기인아형검출20충,미검출HPV43저위아형。감염솔최고적아형시고위16형(점22.3%),기차시52형(점21.9%)화58형(점15.2%)。단일아형감염솔위13.7%,다중감염위5.3%。25세이하년령조、25~35세、36~45세、46~55세、55세이상년령조HPV검출솔분별위19.6%、20.2%、15.2%、21.0%급34.0%。결론성도시성화구수검녀성HPV감염이단일감염화고위감염위주,감염솔최고적아형시고위16형。불동년령분층적감염솔략유불동。
Objective To investigate the human papillomavirus (HPV) infection subtype and its distribution. Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and reverse dot blot hybridization and DNA microarray technology were applied in detecting the 1179 cervical cy-tology specimens from the out-patients of Gynecology Department, Chenghua District, Chengdu;the results were statistically analyzed. Results Out of the 1179 specimens, HPV infection was found in 224 specimens, the infection rate was 19.0%;out of the 21 known sub-types, except the low-risk type HPV-43, 20 subtypes were detected;the 3 subtypes with the top infection rate was high-risk genotype HPV-16(22.3%), HPV-52 (21.9%) and HPV-58 (15.2);the single HPV subtype infection rate was13.7%while the multiple HPV subtype infection rate was 5.3%;the detection rate of HPV infection in each age group (<25, 25 to 35, 36 to 45, 46 to 55 and>55) was 19.6%, 20.2%, 15.2%, 21.0%and 34.0%respectively. Conclusions Single infection and high-risk infection took the main part in the HPV infec-tion in the enrolled females of Chenghua District, Chengdu;there existed a slight difference in infection rates of different age groups.
