目的:探讨医疗纠纷对实习护生专业态度与专业选择的心理影响因素与对策研究。方法对某市3所三级甲等医院的50名实习期间经历过医疗纠纷的实习护生作为经历组;同时,随机选取未经历过医疗纠纷的50名实习护生作为对照组,两组均应用《焦虑自评量表》(SAS),职业压力指标量表(OSI)和《职业倦怠量表》(MBI—GS)进行问卷调查。结果发现经历组护生普遍存在焦虑状况,焦虑测评平均分值(56.36士10.28)高于对照组;经历组的工作压力与职业倦怠感明显高于对照组。结论在校及实习期间对护生进行有效的早期干预如相关法律、护理文书、心理培训等。在发生应激事件时积极对经历过医疗纠纷的实习护生进行心理疏导,加强心理训练,能够有效的减少护生的心理压力有助于职业成长。

Objective To explore the influence factors of psychological stress under medical trouble of Practice nursing students. Methods We choose 50 Practice nursing students live through medical dispute from three grades first class hospitals as experience group, and 50 Practice nursing students without experienced as control group. Twogroups are investigated by the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the occupational burnout inventory(MBI - GS), occupational stress indicator scale(OSI). Results We found undergraduate nursing students in experience group have widespread anxiety, anxiety test average score(56.36±10.28)higher than the control group; Work stress and job burnout of experience group are significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion We should take effective early intervention for nursing students such as legal, nursing documents, psychological training, etc. and strengthen the psychological training of practice nursing students in the case of stress events, effectively reduce the nursing student’s psychological pressure and help to grow professionally.
