目的::了解新疆和田市乡镇卫生院管理干部培训需求情况,探索提升少数民族地区乡镇卫生管理干部管理素质和管理水平的培训方式。方法:采用调查问卷法,调查和田市乡镇卫生院管理干部319人。结果:和田市乡镇卫生管理干部中维吾尔族干部占97.49%,其他民族干部占2.51%;学历、职称较低,认为自身欠缺的管理素质是公关素质、临床业务素质以及个性修养和心理素质;88.09%的人表现出培训意愿,43.66%的人认为应将医院领导作为主要培训对象。影响培训的主要因素有培训教师的水平、培训方式、培训时间和培训内容的针对性。结论:新疆和田市乡镇卫生管理干部存在学历和职称偏低、管理经验不足、管理培训不能满足需求等问题,必须依靠科学系统的管理培训提高现有管理队伍的管理水平和能力。

Objective:The study discussed the training method which could explore comprehensive quality and management level of health management administrators at grassroots level in ethnic minority areas through the survey on status of training among primary health management personnel in Hotan. Methods:Using self-made questionnaire, 319 health management administrators who came from Hotan were investigated. Results:97. 49% of the health management administrators was Uighurs, the level of degree and the title of technical post were lower. They thought that what the management administrators quality lack were public relations, clinical professional, psychological quality and personality cul-tivation. 88. 09% of them wanted to participate training, and the hospital leaders was the main training objects. The main factor influencing the training was the level of training teachers, training methods, training time, and training content. Conclusion:There were some problems existed:low degree and title, a lack of management experience and the management training couldn't meet the demands. They must improve management level and ability of the existing minority nationalities management team by scientific systematic management training.
