为了实现对液氨储罐这一危险源的远程监控,本文提出了基于西门子S7-200PLC和组态王软件的远程监控方案,通过监控系统的软、硬件设计,实现了氨罐室氨气浓度、液氨罐液位、压力的实时数据显示,数据报表实时记录及查询,报警信息记录及查询,实时曲线显示以及报警短信发送。结果表明,该系统可以很好地实现对液氨储罐的远程监控。
為瞭實現對液氨儲罐這一危險源的遠程鑑控,本文提齣瞭基于西門子S7-200PLC和組態王軟件的遠程鑑控方案,通過鑑控繫統的軟、硬件設計,實現瞭氨罐室氨氣濃度、液氨罐液位、壓力的實時數據顯示,數據報錶實時記錄及查詢,報警信息記錄及查詢,實時麯線顯示以及報警短信髮送。結果錶明,該繫統可以很好地實現對液氨儲罐的遠程鑑控。

In order to achieve remote monitoring of liquid ammonia storage tank, a major hazard, a plan based on Siemens S7-200PLC and configuration Wang software was proposed in this paper. The software and hardware of the monitoring system were designed, so that the real-time data of ammonia concentration in ammonia tank room, liquid level and pressure of ammonia tank were all displayed. As well, data reports real-time recording and inquiry, alarm information records and inquiry, curve real-time display, and SMS submitting of alarm were all achieved. The results show that this system can well realize remote monitoring of the liquid ammonia tank.
