目的:提高新护士整体素质,保证护理安全,为临床提供实用型护理人才。方法:对2011年7月-2014年7月新毕业护士346名进行4周的技能培训,比较培训前后护理人员理论、操作考试合格率和患者满意度的差异。结果:新护士角色转换快,技术操作规范,提高了护士的整体业务水平和自信心,护士学习主动性、理论联系实际能力以及沟通能力也有了明显增强,“三基”理论和操作考试合格率由2010年的96.00%,提高到2014年的100%。患者满意度由2010年的95.62%上升到2014年的98.88%。结论:对新护士进行合理、有效的技能培训,有利于新护士角色转变,是提高护理质量、保障护理安全的根本保证。

Objective:To improve the overall new nurses quality,guarantee nursing safety,for clinical provides the practical nursing talents. Method:From July 2011 to July 2014,346 graduate nurses skills were trained four weeks,the differences in nursing theory,operation examination pass rate and patient satisfaction before and after training were compared.Result:New nurses’ roles change rapidly,technology practices to improve the overall business level nurses and self-confidence,nurses learning initiative,the ability to integrate theory with practice and communication skills had also been significantly enhanced,‘three bases’ theory and operation of the examination pass rate in 2010 was 96.00%,increased to 100%in 2014.Patient satisfaction from in 2010 was 95.62%,rose to 98.88%in 2014.Conclusion:New nurses reasonable and effective skills training,help new nurses changing role is to improve the quality of care to ensure the care and safety of the fundamental guarantee.
