分析了传统的课程设置中存在的问题,开设了独立的分子与基因工程综合实验课,并从教学计划、教学方法、实验内容和考核方法四方面进行了一系列的改革。通过综合实验课教学,培养了学生的科研创新、独立分析问题和解决问题的能力,并取得了良好的教学效果。
分析瞭傳統的課程設置中存在的問題,開設瞭獨立的分子與基因工程綜閤實驗課,併從教學計劃、教學方法、實驗內容和攷覈方法四方麵進行瞭一繫列的改革。通過綜閤實驗課教學,培養瞭學生的科研創新、獨立分析問題和解決問題的能力,併取得瞭良好的教學效果。
분석료전통적과정설치중존재적문제,개설료독립적분자여기인공정종합실험과,병종교학계화、교학방법、실험내용화고핵방법사방면진행료일계렬적개혁。통과종합실험과교학,배양료학생적과연창신、독립분석문제화해결문제적능력,병취득료량호적교학효과。
The problems existing in the traditional curriculum were analyzed in this paper. An independent comprehensive experimental course of molecular and genetic engineering was set up. A series of reform on the four aspects-teaching programs, teaching methods, experiment contents and assessment methods were carried out. Through comprehensive experiment teaching, the students’ research and innovation ability, the ability to analyze and solve problems independently were cultivated. Good teaching effect was achieved.
