采用直径为6μm、12μm和22μm的不锈钢纤维制备不同孔隙率,不同厚度的多孔材料。研究孔隙率、厚度、丝径,后空腔深度对吸声性能的影响。研究结果表明:孔隙率增大,厚度增大,丝径增大,平均吸声系数也随之提高,吸声性能提高。增加后空腔深度有利于提高低频吸声性能,但会出现吸收谷。并与人造毛毡的吸声性能对比,不锈钢纤维的吸声性能优于人造毛毡。

채용직경위6μm、12μm화22μm적불수강섬유제비불동공극솔,불동후도적다공재료。연구공극솔、후도、사경,후공강심도대흡성성능적영향。연구결과표명:공극솔증대,후도증대,사경증대,평균흡성계수야수지제고,흡성성능제고。증가후공강심도유리우제고저빈흡성성능,단회출현흡수곡。병여인조모전적흡성성능대비,불수강섬유적흡성성능우우인조모전。
The diameters of selected fibers ( wire diameter) are 6 μm, 12 μm and 22 μm. The selection of stain?less steel fibers is the basic step for the preparation of sound?absorbing porous material of different porosities and thicknesses. It is found that porosity, wire diameter, thickness as well as underlying air layer in the material affect the sound?absorption property of the material. The depth of cavity shows a great influence on the sound absorption coefficient at lower frequencies,but there will be absorption valley. This study compares absorption properties of dif?ferent stainless steel fibers and felts. The average sound absorption property of stainless steel fiber is better than those of other felts.
